DCX32-5S SECONDARY HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAULT! HYDRAULIC FLUID MAX TEMPERATURE REACHED.
Typically caused by the hydraulic fluid level being too high in the auxiliary system provided by Cytec on the top of the ram.
C-AXIS FAULT! REORIENTATION PROCESS FAILED.
C-AXIS FAULT! CHECK ABSOLUTE ENCODER OFFSET.
C-axis is not in the correct position.
C-AXIS STARTUP POSITION FAULT! C-AXIS POSITION HARDWARE ISSUE. SEEK HURCO SERVICE HELP.
C-axis is not in the correct position.
C-AXIS STARTUP POSITION FAULT! POSITION ON POSITIVE LIMIT.
The machine booted up while on the positive limit of the string potentiometer.
C-AXIS STARTUP POSITION FAULT! POSITION ON NEGATIVE LIMIT OR C-AXIS POSITION HARDWARE ISSUE. SEEK HURCO SERVICE HELP.
The string potentiometer on the C-axis has failed and must be fixed. The axis was moved to the negative limit while uncalibrated and needs moved away from the limit. There are for main areas that can break:
CALIBRATION ERROR! CHECK {0:A} AXIS ABSOLUTE ENCODER OFFSET.
The encoder offset is incorrect, leading the machine to think it’s outside of travel limits.
ATC FAULT! Z-AXIS IS NOT AT 0 OR TOOL CHANGE HEIGHT. ENTER ATC DIAGNOSITCS TO CLEAR ERROR.
tool change height is not reaching its destination.
ATC FAULT! B-AXIS IS NOT AT 0. ENTER ATC DIAGNOSITCS TO CLEAR ERROR.
