Definition:
Spindle speed fault sensed - not at commanded speed.

An error with the spindle speed has occurred.

Corrective Actions:
  • Check servos are functioning properly.
  • Reset servos to see if this cures the problem.
  • Check for other faulty wiring with the servo.
