Definition:

The maximum load on the spindle exceeded the rated limit. Typically caused by an application that is demanding more power than the motor can provide.

Corrective Actions:
  • Adjust the application’s spindle speed to be as close as possible to the maximum power output RPM of the motor.
  • Adjust the application’s speeds, feeds, and depth of cut to not require as much power.
