SERVO FAULT – SPINDLE ALARM

Definition:
Servo Fault – Spindle Alarm.

Spindle Axis has indicated a fault.

Corrective Actions:
  • Check wiring of Allen-Bradley Control Bit31 input.
  • Check the S-Axis servo for faulty wiring.
  • Check the S-Axis servo for a faulty drive.
  • Reset servos to see if this cures the problem.
