Definition:
Spindle is neither clamped nor unclamped.

Neither the spindle clamped switch nor the spindle unclamped switch is “true.” There may be a problem with the clamping mechanism or with the switches.

Corrective Actions:
  • Inspect the switches and clamping mechanism.
