ATC ERROR! CLAMPING HARDWARE ISSUE. ENTER “ATC & MACHINE DIAGNOSTICS” TO CLEAR ERROR.

Definition:
Fault causing clamping hardware to not clamp/unclamp.

Typically caused by a fault on the K11 clamping module. The K11 module controls clamping/unclamping the tool on the DCX32-5s. The fault can be too long to clamp/unclamp or too short to clamp/unclamp.

Corrective Actions:
  • Enter ATC diagnostics.
  • Press and hold the foot pedal from one second while holding the tool in place.
  • Release the foot pedal.
