Incorrect Processing of Diagnostic Message
Description:
  • A problem occurred while processing the diagnostic messages of the drive. In too short a time too many diagnostic messages were reported which could not be processed by the diagnostic system.
  • Make a backup of all parameters. Have a look at the diagnostic trace to find out which diagnostic messages were signaled last. A warning or an error is likely to have been cyclically signaled. This diagnostic message usually appears repeatedly in the diagnostic trace. Now, switch the drive off and back on. During recommissioning see to it that the relevant diagnostic message is not cyclically generated. Then get in contact with our service department and forward the parameter backup to them.
