Encoder 2 Error: Signal Amplitude Incorrect
  • This error only occurs in conjunction with the function: “redundant motor encoder.”
  • Because the position is no longer generated correctly, initialize the encoder when this error is detected.
  • When using an incremental encoder with square-wave signals, monitoring is carried out with regard to an inadmissible edge. On the software level, resolver signals are monitored for their levels.

  • Check cable to measuring system and replace it, if necessary
