ATC ERROR – TOOL MAGAZINE IS NOT IN UP POSITION.

Definition:

when magazine rotates, position one and two hits sensors, when the magazine rotated, it did not reach the end position sensor in the expected amount of time or is currently stoped in between stations.

This error indicates that the ATC magazine failed to see the end position sensor in the time allotted or is stuck in between sensors.

Corrective Actions:

In WinMax, go to the ATC Diagnostics screen and attempt to jog the magazine counterclockwise and clockwise to get the magazine into a known position.
Inspect the end position proc switch on the magazine carousel for position alignment or failure.
