Definition:

usually caused by debris or another obstruction blocking the sensor. A less common cause is an incorrect configuration causing the control to look at the wrong IO points.

Sensor detects both up and down positions at the same time.

Corrective Actions:

Inspect sensors for any debris or obstruction in front of the sensors.
Ensure the proper configuration is installed.
