- Firmware update was carried out after drive controller had been in ‘AF’
- System error within diagnostic unit of safety technology (e.g.watchdog)
- Switch power supply off and on again. Then repeat firmware update
- Switch power supply off and on again. If error occurs repeatedly, replace drive controller
