Error when checking switch-off channels STO/SBC
Description:
  • Holding brake has been parameterized in P-0-0525; there is no holding brake available
  • Minimum current of brake has fallen below threshold value
  • The switch-off signals are faulty, because the shielding of the motor cable is defective – or -the shielding of the motor cable has not been correctly wired.
  • Error in switch-off channels STO or SBC
  • Minimum current of brake has fallen below threshold value
  • Please check: the brake connection, the brake configuration, and the brake used
  • Check shielding of motor cable for damage. Make sure that shielding of motor cable is directly connected to housing of respective drive controller (see also Project Planning Manual, material number R911344988).
  • Clear error by selecting and deselecting safety functions on safety option. Then acknowledge error message. If error occurs repeatedly, replace drive controller.
